Since that time, eSquare has vastly expanded its service offerings to include computer on-site repairs, help desk support services, web development, graphics design, network design and implementation. Effectively, eSquare becomes the client's de-facto IT department.
As computers and technology continue to play a larger role in businesses of all levels, its complexity has become even more bewildering to people whose core specialty and skills lie in other areas. Even without being mixed together with poor service providers, the result has been many poor experiences.
